booking Policy
All bookings require a deposit and an updated card on file. If there is a need to charge the card on file for any reason (stated in the policies), and it is declined, you will be banned from any future bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Stuff happens, and I'll miss you if you can't make it to your appointment, but all cancellations must be made within 24 hours before your appointment.
Any appointments cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of all services booked after the first offence and 100% for anytime after that. Multiple cancellations will result in needing to pre-pay for any appointment in full before booking.

no-SHow Policy
Not showing up to your appointment without calling, WILL result in a 100% fee of all services booked and being banned from booking in the future.
Late Policy
In the event of being late to an appointment, I cannot take those who are late by more than 15 minutes for a cutting service or more than 30 minutes for a coloring service. If you are late, we may not be able to complete a full service on you that day, such as a full style, but you will still be charged for all of the services that were booked.
Redos & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, any client redos will be honored, as long as I am contacted within 5 day of when the original service was performed, and it is preferred to have the service redone within 10 days or less from the original service.
If your hair is altered by another salon or yourself, then the redo policy is void and your will have to pay for any future services in full.

Children In The Salon
I do not personally offer services to any children under the age of 12.
All children that are in the salon must be accompanied by an adult who is NOT recieving a service.
