The Pre-Visit
I know that it can be a bit scary to try out a new salon or stylist for the first time, because it can be hard to know what to expect. This is why I have built a special process just for new and prospective clients that streamlines the whole experience and can help aid with any anxiety.

The Experience
Having a private studio allows for a lot more control over our environment and allows us to set the vibe for your whole visit.​​ Your appointment will always start with a thorough consultation where we will look at photos, go over all of you wants and needs, and set a plan for your hair.
After our consultation, you can feel free to set the mood. If you are feeling chatty, then we can talk the whole time and have a blast, but if you are feeling the need to relax and unwind, I also offer silent appointments where the only discussion that we have will be about your hair and the rest of the time we can just relax together and you can listen to some music, read, or "work from home".

All services come with a relaxing scalp massage with a warm towel and aromatherapy at the shampoo bowl, and a blowout with style. I also offer add-on experiences to give you a more spa-like visit, if desired. All lightening services come with everything that is needed to ensure that you get the full look that you want, as well as a protective treatment to ensure that your hair stays strong and healthy.​
After Goodbye
To finish your appointment, we will go over all maintenance tips and product recommendations for maintaining your new look at home. We will also discuss pre-booking your next appointment, what that will entail, and discuss online booking if you choose to wait to book your next appointment. No pressure to book in advance.

Within the next 72 hours you can also expect a follow-up text to make sure that your are loving your new look and so that you can ask any questions that you may have thought of after your appointment.
